Superlivestream

Terms of Service

Effective 18 October 2026

The short version

  • Only stream videos you have the rights to, and follow the rules of the platforms you stream to.
  • Paid plans are billed up front for the period you choose and renew until you cancel. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
  • When a plan ends, your videos are kept for 14 days, then deleted.
  • We work hard to keep streams running, but we can't promise they never stop.

The full terms below are what count.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Superlivestream, including the website at superlivestream.com and the app at app.superlivestream.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company or other organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

"We", "us" and "our" mean the operator of Superlivestream. "You" means the person or organisation using the Service.

2. The Service

Superlivestream lets you upload video files, arrange them into playlists and send them as live streams to platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitch or any server that accepts RTMP or RTMPS. Streams run on our servers, so your own computer does not need to stay on.

We may change, add or remove features over time. If a change takes away something important in a paid plan you are using, we will tell you in advance.

3. Accounts and workspaces

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store, copy, convert, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to the destinations you choose.

You confirm that you own Your Content or have all the rights, licences and permissions needed to stream it, including for any music, footage or other material in it.

Your stream keys are stored encrypted and used only to send your streams to the destination you set.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

We may remove content, stop streams or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

6. Third-party platforms

Superlivestream is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, Meta, Facebook, Twitch or any other destination platform. Those platforms have their own terms, and they decide whether to accept, limit, end or remove your streams and channels. We are not responsible for their decisions, including copyright claims, strikes, bans or a platform ending a long broadcast. When a platform ends a broadcast, the Service tries to start it again automatically, but we cannot guarantee it will succeed.

7. Plans, billing and renewal

Free trial

New workspaces get a 3-day free trial with the limits shown on the pricing page. No payment details are needed. When the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only until you choose a paid plan.

Paid plans

Changing or cancelling

Refunds

If the Service does not work for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewals and partial periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we decide otherwise. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Late payments

If a renewal payment fails, we keep your plan active for a grace period while you update your card. If it is still unpaid after that, your plan ends as described below.

Price changes

We may change prices for future periods. We will email you at least 14 days before a higher price applies to your renewal, so you can cancel first if you wish.

8. Plan limits and quality

Each plan has limits on the number of streams at once, storage, file size and quality, as shown on the pricing page and in the app. Output quality also depends on your source video and on what the destination platform accepts. For example, 4K needs a 4K source and a platform that accepts 4K.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Service and your streams running around the clock, and we restart streams automatically when they drop. However, the Service is provided without any guaranteed uptime. Streams can be interrupted by maintenance, outages at our providers or at the destination platform, network problems or events outside our control.

10. When a plan or account ends

11. Disclaimer

Apart from what these terms expressly promise, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will grow your audience or meet any particular need.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, audience, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that led to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Your responsibility

If someone makes a claim against us because of Your Content or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email account owners at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

15. General

If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your account to someone else without our agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
